Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of tea products, we only accept returns under specific conditions:

You may request a return if:

• The item was damaged or defective upon arrival
• You received the wrong item
• The product was expired upon delivery

To qualify for a return, please ensure:

• You notify us within 3 days of delivery
• The product remains unopened and unused
• The item is in its original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Opened or partially used tea products
• Items returned after 3 days of delivery
• Gift cards or promotional products
• Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original method of payment.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the error was ours.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at [email protected] with your order details and the reason for the exchange.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

• First check your bank account or card statement
• Then contact your payment provider; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
